Leadership, Facilitation and Conversation

Bringing people together. Sharing ideas. Creating change.

I enjoy bringing people together, supporting creative thinking and exploring how we can turn ideas into action.

I'm Founding Director of Music Broth, Scotland's Loudest Library, established in 2017. Music Broth is a charity and social enterprise making musical instruments and equipment more accessible through sharing, reuse and redistribution. Supporting thousands of people across Scotland, the organisation creates opportunities for music-making while extending the life of instruments and reducing waste. Through building and leading Music Broth, I've developed a particular interest in purpose-driven business, ethical growth, sustainability, community development and the role of creativity in creating positive social change.

As an adult and schools facilitator with Social Enterprise Academy, I draw on my experience across music, creative practice, social enterprise and community development to support learning and collaboration.

My approach is participatory and people-centred, creating space to share experiences, challenge assumptions, develop confidence and explore new possibilities.

Speaking, podcasts and media

I enjoy sharing experiences and contributing to conversations around creativity, music, social enterprise, leadership and positive change. Drawing on my work as an artist, music producer, facilitator and social entrepreneur, I'm interested in exploring different perspectives, challenging established thinking and sharing practical experiences.
